Our team will be following COVID-19 protocols, focusing on sanitation, hygiene and social distancing to ensure guests and our employees have a safe and healthy experience. These protocols include the following:
Adjust our Check in & Checkout times to give our Housekeepers a longer time to thoroughly clean and sanitize Domes between Guests.
Employees will not be entering guest Domes while they are occupied. Rooms will be stocked with extra linens and amenities as and when required.
Wait 30 minutes before our staff go in to a dome after a guest has left it.
Thoroughly clean and disinfect all hard surfaces.
Sanitize all upholstered furniture.
Provide hand sanitizer at your individual entry way.
Provide disinfectant cleaners in your Unit.
Guests:
- will have to strip their own beds and put all their linens and towels in 2 separate clear bags that will be left in their domes.
- will have to gather their own garbage and place it in either recyclable or garbage bags which will be provided.
