Are kids allowed on the property?

While we personally love kids, we don’t feel that Archer’s Edge is the best fit for children. Our domes are best suited for 2 adults maximum.

Are Pets welcome?

Pets are not allowed in any of the domes or on the property.

Is smoking allowed on the property?

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all domes.  If we find smoking has occurred in the domes, there will be an automatic $200.00 charge on the credit card on file.

What time is Check In/Check Out?

Check In after 4 pm/Check out before 10 am

Can we book for more than 2 days?

Yes, we will happily book you in for 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 days- just send us an email and we’ll be happy to arrange that for you.

Is Archers Edge Wheelchair Accessible?

None of our domes are classified as Wheelchair Accessible.

Is there TV/Phone/WiFi?

We truly believe that Archer’s Edge is a place to disconnect and recharge. Sorry, but we do not provide TV/Phone/ or Internet in any of our domes.

Are Bedding and Towels provided?

Bedding, towels and kitchen linen is provided by us and included in the rate. Please Note: Our towels are not to be used as a beach towel. Please provide your own.

Visitors

We highly value the privacy of other guests. Please no visitors to the site.

What are your Quiet Hours?

Quiet Hours after 10 pm. We are in a rural area where it gets real quiet at night. We like to keep it that way.

Are there Kitchens in the domes?

All domes have fully equipped kitchenettes. Our kitchenette will have a bar fridge,  microwave, a toaster, electric kettle, keurig coffee machine and we will start you off on the first night with coffee/tea for the morning including creamers and sugar.  We also provide salt and pepper for your stay.

Set of dishes for two, bowls, dinner plates, cups, silverware, glasses (water and wine) and other small utensils you will need. Any other groceries you may want to bring with you but there are a couple of stores nearby that provide a good selection for your barbeque needs etc.

Are there BBQ’s available for use?

Barbeque with propane is available. We do ask that you clean up after each use of the Barbeque.

Are Dishes provided in the domes?

Yes, we please ask that all dishes be cleaned when leaving domes.

What is your Rental Agreement?

To allow us to provide the best overall experience for our guests we require a 2 night minimum stay. Full payment amount due upon booking.

What is your Cancellation policy?

An immediate Admin Fee of $50.00 per dome will be charged for all Bookings that are cancelled

If cancelled within 14 days of Booking – 50 % of total booking is non-refundable.

If cancelled within 7 days or less or in a case of “no show” total booking is non-refundable.

For Group Bookings of 3 or more Domes – there are No Refunds.
